This was one of the best ideas... It was a little spur of the moment. We new we were going to go someday so I was so excited when we finally did it. We took off last Saturday evening after everyone got off work and we rode Rangers half way to the grand canyon and camped. We were with JK & Kelsey, and Landon and Chanlee. I kid you not when I say it was freaking sweet. We got to our camp spot, which Landon named "Lovers Cove" and pitched the tent... well the boys pitched the tent while us girls went out to fetch some firewood.

Well we got the tent put up just in time before a storm rolled in, it rained for about 15 minutes and cleared up to be a beautiful night:) we hung out and roasted doggies and mallo's for a few hours and hit the hay... yes. in a 6 man tent:) it was very romantic... 3 newlyweds in a tent. haha 

We got up early ate some yummy fruit and muffins that kels and chanlee brought and drove for  another hour and we were there!!! The grand Canyon is AWESOME:) We hiked down a scary, very dangerous trail to the bottom;) and TOUCHED the water... and hiked back up... Totally saw one too many rattle snakes. YUCK but we made it home after eating a yummy lunch and having a fabulous time with fabulous friends... LOVE THEM!!!
