One year ago on September 24th 2010 i married my best friend :) What we heared over and over was that if we could make it through the first year (supposedly the hardest year of marraige) that we would be fine... Well... all I've got to say to the people that told us that is... uh... REALLY??? That was hard? No way was that the hardest year of being married... I hope so though, cause if it was... LIFE IS GOING TO BE A BREEZE!!! Of course our life isn't perfect and yeah we had a few misunderstandings once in awhile but I am So happy:)
We left Thursday morning and spent the whole day with at Kacens Grandpa's in Tooole... He has the most beautiful house. His garden takes up most of his yard... it's massive. It was so fun staying there, we made dinner ALL from his garden. It was the yummiest food i've ever had. I didn't realize you could prepare such a bi meal from just veggies. It was awesome. I need a garden;)
The next day was Jade and Josh's wedding so we were able to go into the Salt Lake Temple and be to their sealing, it was funny, we were all outside waiting for Jade and Josh to come out and this kid walks out with his bride and It was one of Kacens mission buddies!! So ironic. We went to the luncheon then went and checked into our hotel. It was so nice:) We ust bummed around for awhile then hopped on the tram and went shopping:) Then we went to Tacanos and had some yummy dinner.
On Saturday we met Kristin and Ian for some Breakfast and then rushed off to the temple for a session... Temple was closed.. BOO... so we ended up at the Hogle Zoo:) haha It was a blast! Oh we got home about 10 or 11 and ate a bite of our wedding cake topper.... yuck. haha
WE FOUND WHERE BRANT HANGS OUT ON WEEKENDS;)
